We have an update for all teachers!

Some of our wonderful teachers have been experiencing an issue with setting up their passwords for their accounts. They either do not receive the password setup email or if they do, the password link is already expired.

After heavy testing, our development team has determined that the issue, in most cases, stems from a conflict with the IT systems of the various school districts and organizations that supply and support the email addresses that most of you use for work.

This unforeseen issue can be corrected by asking your IT staff to whitelist/allow traffic through their firewall or filter for the following domains

This solution can also solve video playback issues as well. This may affect those of you that experienced issues with videos not playing or that appeared gray or black.

If you prefer, we can work with your IT staff instead. Please have them contact us at support@vooks.com and we'll work with them to solve this issue.

Another available solution is to use an alternate email address not associated with your organization such as a gmail account. Simply fill out the form again with the new email address and we can create an account for you. You can find the form here: https://campaigns.vooks.com/teacherappreciation
